Kids ages 5-8 and their Moms, Dads, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles....

2008 Sessions:

Every session is slightly different.  Yes, you may come to more than one.

Cost: $150.00 per six-week session.

With our Parent and Me Horseback Riding Lessons you are able to take an active roll in your child's riding experience and education.

In the 1st class the parents will learn how to be an instructor's assistant (This class may go over the allotted time.). Assistants will learn how your child should groom, saddle, mount/dismount, proper riding and safety. We will also pass out our Horsemanship/Equine Science Jr. study book, work sheets and sign liability releases.

Starting the 2^nd class the kids will be riding and learn how to groom, saddle, mount, and proper riding with their parents, under the supervision of a certified instructor.

 

The last class the kids will have a show, family will be welcome to come watch and take pictures of the kids riding and winning ribbons.

Parents will not be riding, their job will be helping their children to halter, groom, and saddle the horses.
